Offering a variety of bar service options to fit any vision, we are here to customize the bar package of your dreams at The Wilds. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden taxes, fees, or service charges of any kind. Only guests over the age of 21 will be included in alcoholic beverage pricing.
Follow the steps below to start planning your bar service for wedding day!

SELECT YOUR HOURS
OF OPERATION

Select the duration your bar(s) will be open during your event (Ex: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the Indoor Bar and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Outdoor Bar). This time frame will determine your bar setup fee(s), which is applied to all bar bookings at The Wilds. Bookings include bartenders, bar setup, glass & plastic cups, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes. Indoor menu selections duplicate to outdoor bar.

SELECT YOUR BAR SETUP

CASH BAR | A cash bar is where guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinks via cash or card. If you are interested in a cash bar, the only fee you will need to cover would be the Bar Setup Fee listed above, which fluctuates depending on the duration you would like the bar to be open.

HOSTED CASH BAR | In addition to the Bar Setup Fee listed above, you set a predetermined dollar amount as your tab. As your guests indulge in your choice of a selection of handcrafted cocktails, premium wines, and beers, the tab covers their initial drinks.

Once the tab limit is reached, the transition to a cash bar is effortless, allowing guests to continue enjoying libations at their own pace, using either cash or card.

Worried about unused funds? Fret not. Any amount not utilized from the tab will be promptly refunded following your event. 

HOSTED BAR PACKAGES | Choose from our list open bar options, including Open Beer and Wine, Open Beer, Wine, and Premium Spirits, or even a refreshing Mocktail Bar. In addition to the Bar Setup Fee listed above, our hosted bar packages are priced per person at a fixed hourly rate for guests ages 21 and over. For guests over 21 who may be sober or pregnant, a discounted rate of $2 per person per hour of service applies. This rate is applicable for up to 10% of your total guest count. Guests who are under 21 can enjoy Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite from the bar at no additional charge. Hosted bar packages & pricing can be viewed below.

    Signature Batched Cocktails
    Choose 2 of your favorite batched cocktails to be served from the time the bar opens to when the bar closes. Batched cocktails are a great addition for those who have a cash bar, hosted cash bar, or an open beer and wine package.
