Offering a variety of bar service options to fit any vision, we are here to customize the bar package of your dreams at The Wilds. We provide upfront, transparent pricing with no hidden taxes, fees, or service charges of any kind. Only guests over the age of 21 will be included in alcoholic beverage pricing.

SELECT YOUR HOURS
OF OPERATION

Select the duration your bar(s) will be open during your event (Ex: 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM at the Indoor Bar and 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM at the Outdoor Bar). This time frame will determine your bar setup fee(s), which is applied to all bar bookings at The Wilds.

Your bar setup fee covers your bartenders, bar setup, glass and plastic cups, napkins, straws, ice, and garnishes for the hours you select. Then, you simply choose whether you’d like a cash bar, a hosted tab, or a hosted bar package billed per person.

If you choose to open both the indoor and outdoor bars, your selected menu will be mirrored at each bar.

CASH BAR | A cash bar is where guests are responsible for purchasing their own drinks via cash or card. If you are interested in a cash bar, the only fee you will need to cover would be the Bar Setup Fee listed above, which fluctuates depending on the duration you would like the bar to be open.

HOSTED BAR TAB | In addition to the Bar Setup Fee listed above, a hosted bar tab is not prepaid and is instead paid the night of the event. You set a predetermined dollar amount as your hosted bar limit and provide a credit or debit card to the bartender or on-site coordinator before bar service begins. A running hosted tab will be maintained throughout the event, and only drinks ordered by your guests will be charged to this tab. Once the hosted bar limit is reached, or bar service ends (whichever comes first), the card on file will be run for the final hosted amount and, unless otherwise arranged, the bar will transition to a guest-paid cash bar for the remainder of the event. The cardholder or an authorized representative must be present when the transaction is processed.

HOSTED BAR PACKAGES | Choose from our list open bar options, including Open Beer and Wine, Open Beer, Wine, and Premium Spirits, or even a refreshing Mocktail Bar. In addition to the Bar Setup Fee listed above, our hosted bar packages are priced per person at a fixed hourly rate for guests ages 21 and over. For guests over 21 who will not be drinking alcohol (such as sober guests or those who are pregnant), we offer a discounted rate of $2 per person, per hour of bar service, applicable for up to 10% of your total guest count over 21. This allows you to honor and include all of your adult guests while only paying full hosted bar rates for those who plan to enjoy alcoholic beverages. Guests who are under 21 can enjoy Coke, Diet Coke, and Sprite from the bar at no additional charge.
